Our learners understand the importance of the atmosphere in our Tea Room and are dedicated to providing a relaxed and enjoyable experience. They have been taught professional behaviour, attention to detail, respect for hygiene and excellent customer service.
Organisational skills also play a role here, with our learners rotating stock, using the till efficiently and managing crockery and cutlery competently. Above all, our students embrace being in the Tea Room and want customers to feel the same way.
